Start your holiday off right with a community workout and help our Martial Arts kids get to France to compete at the ICO World Championships this Fall.

We're incredibly proud to announce that for the second year in a row Montezuma Martial Arts Academy will compete at the International Combat Organization (ICO) World Championships.
This year, four of our students, ages 10 to 17, have qualified to compete at the World Championships this Fall, in Thonon-Les-Baines, France. We're so proud of the dedication and hard work these kids have demonstrated to propel them onto the world stage.

Come show your support for these kids by running in our July 4th 5k Fundraiser. Take a lazy river jog with friends in the regular 5k, or challenge yourself with the official Marginally Harder 5k. Not into running, but love a good T-shirt? there's an option for you too!
Let's go, Dolores, and show the world what Southwest Colorado is made of!

Pre-registrants can check in starting at 7:30. Day-of registration will be available for procrastinators and daredevils.

Race will begin & end at the gym, and run along the river trail and along Central Ave. in Dolores.
