We believe that proper nutrition to fuel your body is important for health and wellness. Our nutrition program doesn’t cut you to 1000 calories, or tell you what food is “bad” and what food is “good”. We work on making small changes, consistently, and building on those changes over time to reach your goals. Our nutrition program is not a “quick fix” as effective change takes time, and we will work on building new, healthier habits while still being able to eat all the food you love.

Consistent, sustainable change takes time. We help you make small changes, consistently, and build on those changes. If you are looking to drop 30 pounds in 3 months, this program probably isn’t for you. If you are looking to reshape your relationship with food for sustainable changes that can last a lifetime, Elemental Nutrition can help. 


Our nutrition coaching plan includes one in-person visit with your coach each week, with additional access to your coach via our nutrition app.  the app also provides tools to help you track daily habits and provides insights into your progress.  

Coaching sessions include general nutrition education, tips and tricks to help you change bad habits, help with menu planning, and time to celebrate successes and learn from failures.
